About

A lifelong athlete, coach, digital strategist, writer, and former professional
sports executive.

Before establishing my private practices, I built a 20-season career in the National Basketball Association, specializing in digital strategy, integrated communications, content creation, and esports management.

Best known for my front-office tenure with the Sacramento Kings, rising from entry-level role to Vice President, my teams developed culturally resonant campaigns at the intersection of emerging media, technology, sports, and entertainment.

My strategic initiatives contributed to massive organizational growth, including:

  • The Sacramento Kings being named Fast Company’s "Most Innovative Company in Sports" and the NBA's "Team of the Year."

  • Generating $400 million in annual revenue and a $4 billion increase in enterprise value.

  • Building and scaling multiple global brand digital ecosystems, fostering millions of followers.

  • Producing content that generated hundreds of millions of global views, earning features across ESPN, CNN, Sports Illustrated, Complex, and NBC Sports.

Prior to moving to California’s capital, my professional sports journey began in broadcast and online production during a rookie campaign with the Phoenix Suns and Mercury.

Early in my career, I honed my craft studying, reporting on, and interviewing basketball Hall of Famers and stars.

In college, my interest in better understanding the human experience led to a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona, where I also spent a semester abroad at the University of Newcastle in New South Wales, Australia.

Growing up in Minnesota, I learned the value of a strong work ethic, collaboration, and accountability playing team sports and holding several seasonal part-time jobs.

Today, as a leader, partner, and father, my professional and personal endeavors are anchored by three core pillars: integrity, inspiration, and impact.
